Description:

Learn the historical art of flower pressing with local floral preservation artist Ali Nicolas of P.Etal.Preserves. Ali will teach you the history and basics of flower pressing including how to best retain bright colors and texture, break down larger specimens, and store your finished products.

Each participant will receive their own flower press to fill and take home. Bring your own special fresh flowers (maybe from your budding garden!) or use the flowers provided. Don’t let your garden fade into a distant memory each season, learn how to preserve your special blooms to treasure long after the frost settles outside.
