To express our gratitude to these special individuals, we’ve crafted the V.I.G. Rewards Program. Signing up is a breeze – simply provide your name, address, and phone number to be enrolled in our system. Each time you make a purchase, let your cashier know so they can so they can add to your account history. Once your spending hits $600, enjoy an exclusive 10% discount valid until the end of the calendar year.

Plant Guarantee

At Briggs Nursery, we are dedicated to creating a seamless and satisfying experience for all our customers. We take pride in offering a guarantee that ensures the health and vitality of our trees, shrubs, and perennials. When you choose plants from us, you can trust that they are true to name and in a healthy growing condition. Our commitment extends to specific guarantees based on the type of plant:

  1. Trees and Shrubs:
    • Guaranteed to live for one year.
  2. Perennials, Ground Covers, Roses and Clematis:
    • Guaranteed until October 31.
  3. Houseplants:
    • Houseplants are not covered by our guarantee. If you notice any concerns with your indoor plants, please give us a call. We are here to assess the problem and provide additional care instructions.

In the rare instance that a plant does not survive, we offer a one-time replacement, provided it has received proper care and remains undamaged. Sale items are guaranteed for purchase price.

However, certain conditions apply:

  • We are not obligated to replace plants due to neglect, failure to plant in ground, extreme weather conditions (such as drought or water restrictions), or any plant that has been overwintered in a container.
  • Marginal (tender), tropical, or annual plants are not guaranteed to overwinter in our hardiness zone (zone 5b).
  • Guaranteed plants MUST be planted in the ground.

Return Policy

All store merchandise must be returned in like-new condition within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
*Holiday and seasonal decor all sales are final.
All live plant returns are at the discretion of the applicable department.

You can also return any pot with the Briggs logo for 25¢ each.
