Join Katie from Sprouting Tree Yoga for a special family yoga class held outdoors in the perennial yard at Briggs Nursery.

Enjoy this special time to bond with your little ones to move, breathe, play, and connect! Class concludes with succulent planting and fall-themed pot decorating. Each child participant will receive their own pot, soil, and succulent along with options to decorate their pot.

This class is geared towards ages 3-8, though all ages are welcome with caregiver assistance. There is limited space & supplies so register today to save your spot. Come stretch, smile, and plant something beautiful together!
